You can delete your SponsR Account at any time. We'll do our best to remove what we can; some records we have to keep by law.
Before you delete
A few things have to be settled first:
- No active Orders. You can't delete your Account while you have an Order in progress as a Creator or as an Advertiser. Finish, cancel, or dispute it first.
- No Available wallet balance. Withdraw any earnings before you delete. After deletion, the Wallet is gone — we can't recover it.
- No in-flight withdrawal. Wait for any pending or processing withdrawals to finish before deleting.
How to delete
Open Profile → Settings → Delete account. You'll be asked to confirm twice and to enter your password.
What gets removed immediately
- Your profile (name, photo, bio, categories) is unpublished and removed from search.
- Your active Bids (those waiting for an Advertiser to accept) are withdrawn.
- Your active Campaigns (those waiting for Bids) are closed.
- Your social account links are disconnected.
- Push and email notifications stop.
What stays — and why
We have to retain some records for legal and tax compliance:
- Order history stays — completed Orders are commercial transactions; we have to keep records for tax and dispute purposes for the period required by Georgian law.
- Identity verification records stay for the legal retention window required by Georgia's anti-money-laundering rules.
- Wallet transaction history stays for the same reason.
These records are no longer associated with an active Account. We don't market to you, send you notifications, or share your data with anyone else.
Changed your mind?
Once deletion is confirmed, the active Account is permanently disabled. You can sign up again with a new email — but we can't restore the original Account, social accounts, or wallet history into the new one.
