Once an Order is formed the scope is fixed. You can cancel under specific conditions — here they are.
Once an Order is formed, the scope and the price are fixed. Cancellation is possible — but only under specific conditions, and the rules differ depending on which side is asking.
If you and the other party decide you actually need different scope or a different fee, the only path is to cancel and create a new Order.
When both parties agree to cancel before delivery, the funds return to the Advertiser. The Creator doesn't get paid for work that wasn't completed; SponsR doesn't take a commission.
If a Creator misses the deadline and isn't responding, the Advertiser can dispute. Disputes for non-delivery typically resolve in the Advertiser's favour.
Once an Order is formed and funds are captured, "I changed my mind" isn't enough on its own. Talk to the other party in chat — most cases that look hopeless are actually a misunderstanding that's resolvable in a message or two. If both sides genuinely agree to walk away, mutual cancellation is the path.
If you're unsure whether to cancel, dispute, or just keep going, contact support. We can usually point you to the right path.
