If the Advertiser doesn't approve or dispute within 2 days, the order auto-completes.
After a Creator delivers, the Advertiser has 2 days to either approve the work or open a dispute. If neither happens, the Order auto-completes. The funds release to the Creator just as if the Advertiser had approved.
The timer exists for one reason: a Creator who has delivered legitimate work shouldn't be hostage to an Advertiser who's busy or unresponsive. It's not a punishment for Advertisers — it's a backstop so the platform doesn't strand Creators.
The timer starts the moment the Creator marks the Order delivered in the app. Until then, no timer.
The timer doesn't pause for weekends or holidays.
If the timer runs out and the Order auto-completes, the funds release to the Creator. You can't undo this on the platform; if there's a genuine problem with the deliverables, your remaining recourse is to file a dispute before the timer expires.
You don't need to take any action. Auto-approval handles it. But explicitly approving has two benefits:
Turn on push or email notifications for delivery events. The 2-day window starts whether you've seen the notification or not.
