Reviewing and accepting Bids

When you post a Campaign, every Bid lands on the Campaign page. Each shows the Creator's profile, their connected social accounts, the price, and any note they sent.

What to look at

• Audience fit. Look at the Creator's connected accounts: who follows them? Where are those followers? Does the audience match the people you want to reach? Follower count is less important than that.
• Recent activity. A Creator who posts every week probably gets the work out faster than one who posts once a month.
• Their note. A thoughtful note about your specific Campaign signals they read it. A copy-paste template is a red flag.
• Their work samples. If they've done sponsored content before, look at it. Can you imagine your brand in that style?

Asking questions before you accept

You can chat with a Creator before accepting their Bid. Use it. Clarify timing, scope, content rights. Anything you agree on in pre-acceptance chat should be reflected in the Campaign description before you accept — once an Order is formed, the description is the contract.

What happens when you accept

The moment you tap accept:

• The licensed payment provider captures your payment into escrow.
• An Order is formed. The Bid is locked. Other Bids on this Campaign are closed.
• The Creator can start work.

If your card is declined, no Order forms — the Bid stays open for you to try again.

What if I want to change my mind?

Until you accept, you can simply not accept. After you accept, you and the Creator are both committed. Cancellations exist but follow specific rules — see Cancelling an Order.

How long do Campaigns stay open?

Campaigns don't auto-expire. Close one yourself when you've accepted a Bid (this happens automatically) or when you decide not to run it. Closed Campaigns can't be reopened — post a new one if you change your mind.
