How SponsR works

SponsR is a marketplace that connects Georgian content creators with Georgian businesses for sponsored content. Here's the whole flow in one minute.

The 5 steps

1. An Advertiser posts a Campaign. Description, deliverables, deadline, what content rights they need, and the budget range.
2. Creators submit Bids. Each Bid is a price + an offer to do the work. Creators can edit or withdraw a Bid until it's accepted.
3. The Advertiser accepts one Bid. At that moment an Order is formed, and the payment is captured by a licensed payment provider into escrow.
4. The Creator delivers the work. All communication happens in the in-app chat for that Order — never off-platform.
5. The Advertiser approves. Funds release to the Creator, less SponsR's commission. If the Advertiser doesn't act within 2 days, the Order auto-completes.

What SponsR is — and isn't

SponsR provides the marketplace, the chat, the payment rails, and the dispute system. SponsR is not a party to the Order itself. The Campaign description plus the accepted Bid is the contract between the Creator and the Advertiser.

We don't pre-clear content, don't endorse anyone, and don't act as a regulated escrow agent — funds sit with the licensed payment provider, not with us. We only earn money when an Order actually completes.
