Commission and how payouts clear

When an Order completes, the Creator gets paid. Here's exactly how the math works and how long it takes.

The math

• Gross = the price the Advertiser paid (your Bid amount).
• Commission = SponsR's percentage of the gross.
• Net = Gross − Commission. This is what hits your wallet.

You can see the gross, commission, and net for every Order in your wallet's transaction history. Commission is snapshotted at the moment of credit — if SponsR's percentage changes later, your historical records still show the rate that was in effect when your Order completed.

Wallet states

Your earnings move through two balances:

• Pending — funds that have been credited but are still in the clearance window.
• Available — funds that have cleared and can be withdrawn.

Pending funds always become available; the clearance window is a fixed buffer to handle reversals (chargebacks, fraud reports). You can see the exact clearance date for each transaction in your wallet.

When can I withdraw?

Once funds are in Available, you can request a withdrawal at any time, subject to a per-currency minimum. Add a Georgian IBAN as a withdrawal method first — see Withdrawing your earnings.

Are there other fees?

SponsR's commission is the only platform fee. We don't charge a withdrawal fee. Your bank may charge their own fee for receiving the wire — that's between you and them.

Taxes

We don't withhold tax from your payouts. As a Creator, you're responsible for declaring your earnings under Georgian tax rules. Keep your wallet history as a record.
