Withdrawing your earnings

When your wallet has Available balance, you can withdraw it to a Georgian bank account.

Step 1 — Add a withdrawal method

Open Profile → Wallet → Withdrawal methods. Tap Add method and enter:

• The IBAN of the account
• The full name on the account (must match the name on your SponsR Account)
• Your personal identification number (used for the bank's compliance checks)

You can save up to 5 withdrawal methods. The first one you add is the default; you can change the default at any time.

We encrypt the IBAN and identification number at rest. They appear masked in the UI (GE**…**1234).

Step 2 — Verify your identity

If you haven't already, you'll be prompted to complete identity verification before your first payout. We can't release funds out of the platform without it. See Identity verification: when and why.

Step 3 — Request the withdrawal

From your Wallet, tap Withdraw. Pick the amount and the method. Once submitted, the request status is visible in your Wallet.

Statuses you'll see

• Pending — request submitted, queued for processing.
• Processing — the payout is moving through the bank rails.
• Completed — funds left our side; expect them in your account within 1–3 business days.
• Failed — bank rejected (often a wrong name or a closed account); funds returned to your Wallet.
• Cancelled — you cancelled the request before it was processed.

Limits

• A per-currency minimum withdrawal applies — visible on the Withdraw screen.
• You can have only one withdrawal in flight at a time. Wait for the current one to finish before requesting another.

Cancelling

You can cancel a withdrawal while it's still Pending. Once it moves to Processing, it's out of our hands.
