Eligibility — Georgia and 18+

SponsR is a Georgian platform for Georgian users. Two rules govern who can sign up.

You must be 18 or older

There are no exceptions. Both Creators and Advertisers must be at least 18 at the moment of sign-up.

For an Advertiser registering on behalf of a company, the person registering must be at least 18 — the company itself doesn't have an age, but the human registering it does.

We may ask you to confirm your age during identity verification. Submitting false information about your age — including using someone else's ID — is a Terms violation and grounds for account closure.

You must be in Georgia or a Georgian citizen

The Platform is intended for users who are:

• Located in Georgia, or
• Georgian citizens (regardless of where they currently live).

We may restrict access from elsewhere. Specifically, you may not use the Platform if you are:

• Comprehensively sanctioned. Located in, ordinarily resident in, or organised under the laws of a comprehensively sanctioned country or territory.
• On a sanctions list. Maintained by the United Nations, the Government of Georgia, the United States (OFAC), the European Union, or the United Kingdom.

What about people who travel?

Georgian residents who occasionally travel are fine. Sustained relocation outside Georgia, especially to a sanctioned territory, can affect access — at minimum, payouts to non-Georgian banks aren't supported.

Companies as Advertisers

Where the Advertiser is a legal entity (as opposed to an individual), it must be:

• A registered Georgian legal entity, and
• The individual registering must be authorised to bind that entity (e.g. the director, or someone with a written authorisation).

Both will be verified during identity verification for higher-value campaigns.

When does eligibility get checked?

• At sign-up — basic checks (country, declared age).
• Before your first payout (Creators) or before accepting a higher-value Bid (Advertisers) — full identity verification.
• Continuously — sanctions list updates from the payment provider can flag an Account at any time.

Why these rules exist

Marketplaces that move money are heavily regulated. Georgian anti-money-laundering and sanctions laws apply to SponsR, and we have to comply. The rules aren't about distrust — they're how the platform stays open at all.
