SponsR is for people 18 or older who are based in Georgia. Here's exactly what that means.
SponsR is a Georgian platform for Georgian users. Two rules govern who can sign up.
There are no exceptions. Both Creators and Advertisers must be at least 18 at the moment of sign-up.
For an Advertiser registering on behalf of a company, the person registering must be at least 18 — the company itself doesn't have an age, but the human registering it does.

See Sanctions and account restrictions for what happens if a sanctions concern is flagged on an Account.

Where the Advertiser is a legal entity (as opposed to an individual), it must be:
Both will be verified during identity verification for higher-value campaigns.
Marketplaces that move money are heavily regulated. Georgian anti-money-laundering and sanctions laws apply to SponsR, and we have to comply. The rules aren't about distrust — they're how the platform stays open at all.
