SponsR doesn't pre-approve content, but some categories are off-limits — both for Campaigns and the deliverables that result. Posting prohibited content is a Terms violation; an Order built around it can be cancelled and the Account suspended.
Categories you can't post or promote
- Illegal goods or services. Anything illegal under Georgian law — including counterfeit goods, stolen goods, regulated substances without the required licences, and unlicensed financial products.
- Adult content. Sexually explicit material, escort services, and similar.
- Gambling and betting. Unlicensed gambling content. Licensed Georgian gambling operators have their own marketing rules — talk to support before posting.
- Tobacco, vaping, and alcohol to under-18s. Promotion of tobacco or vape products is restricted under Georgian law. Alcohol promotion is allowed but content must not target users under 18.
- Medical and pharmaceutical claims. Specific health, medical, or pharmaceutical claims (cures, treatments, weight-loss claims) without proper substantiation.
- Hate, harassment, and discrimination. Content that attacks people based on protected characteristics.
- Misleading or deceptive content. Fake reviews, undisclosed sponsorship, deepfakes presented as real, fake follower counts, or content designed to deceive.
- Privacy violations. Posting someone else's private information, sharing private chats, doxxing.
- Intellectual property infringement. Using someone else's brand, music, footage, or text without rights.
- Political content during regulated election periods. Georgian election law restricts certain kinds of political advertising — talk to support if you're considering one.
Disclosure rules
Sponsored content must be clearly disclosed as sponsored. The required language depends on the platform you're posting on, but a clear #sponsored, #ad, or platform-native disclosure label is the minimum. We may take action against Orders where the Creator failed to disclose, even when the Advertiser didn't ask for it — disclosure is a legal duty under Georgian consumer-protection rules, not a courtesy.
Reporting prohibited content
If you see something on SponsR that violates this list, contact support. We review every report. Don't take action yourself — withdrawing a Bid or filing a dispute over content alone isn't the right path.
Edge cases — ask first
If you're not sure whether a Campaign idea is allowed, ask support before posting. Time spent on a 30-second clarification is much cheaper than a closed Account or a refunded Order.
